Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

The Award

Received 3 honorable mentions, and placed 1st for the People : Self-Portrait pro category. Yay! Will have my winning entry printed in the 2009 IPA Annual book. That's so exciting.

The Pregnancy

Today I am 19 weeks pregnant with a baby boy!! Here is the ultrasound scan at 15 weeks & 5 days. Hehe. The first trimester (1st 3 months) I had really bad morning sickness, was so dehydrated because I couldn't stop puking, I ended up in the hospital for about 4 days. Glad it's all over that part. And now, since two days ago he has been kicking me non stop. Can't wait to hold him in my arms!

Other stuff

So my studio is finally done. Business has been a bit slow since the pregnancy, but now that the whole puking phase is over, I can start getting back in action. Unfortuntely though, my 350d is dead, so I'm thinking of getting a new camera, I have my eye on the Canon 5dmkII. But I gots no moneeeeehhhh!!

How has everyone been? It's been pretty damn long since I've done any updates or uploaded anything here eh?
