Finally, getting used to self-portraits with my DSLR. It's perdy darn tough using manual focusing for self-portraits. Salute to those who manage to take such clear and sharp images. I find it much easier to focus with the normal compact digital camera. Huhu. Anyways, originally I intended not to heavily edit this photo, but my itchy hands just did, and I like how it turned out, prolly better than the unaltered one. Huhu. I added the texture, and slightly enlargened my pupils. Shot in black and white, then toned it blue in Photoshop. Wanted to put it under the darkroom category, but since I enlarged my pupils, it just didn't seem right. So yeah. Alritey, enjoy!!

Love the textures! Makes your skin look so rich and interesting, the colour is lovely too.
The tight cropping looks great too, just a hint of your mouth completes that killer expression of your eyes.
Try manual focusing with f/1.4 :faint: You'd be ready to kill your camera at the end of it :P

It's entirely possible to enlarge pupils in a darkroom. Go ahead and put it there. <3

The texture is really well done. Usually I think they are cheesy, but here I was almost wondering if it was dusty makeup or something. And the pupils look great too, they add to the awesome expression! :)
